The only way you have is of course child-paser parent, which works as long as the first transaction is enough fee to stay in the mempool at all. If the minimum rate for the mempool is higher than that initial transaction, you're never getting that through unless you go out of bound. It's like currently without package really, we need that mempool out space. Unless we can get package really later.
