He wouldn't mind me saying this, cause he would be in the office for very long hours and i would be in for a few hours and leave. But when hees ta focus on what are the things that we're doing, theyare giveng us the outcomes. And I think we got a lot better now doing that in hr, and making sure we more business alined and folcus on business outcomes.
