Is That a Cognitive Skill?

Upe: People tend to think that the painter just has this incredible perceptual ability. But i think what it is they have such well automated ways of processing that scene to make decisions, they don't even think about them. Upe: It's because they are able to manipulate the same information that's coming and hitting their eyes in a way that is more productive after the actual skill. And i think that's probably true of a lot of sportsd and things like this.
