"I feel like when I was a kid, or maybe like my peers' parents, and I don't know if your parents are necessarily the same way," she says. "Like our child doesn't feel great in the situation, but he is comfortable enough to be like, hey. I understand this lesson enough to know that like you're maybe not being all that great right now either."
