Going in, i felt like i couldn't trust myself, and i didn't know what i wanted to do. I have found that i really like that idea of kind of being the subject matter expert and kind of owning a process or a product. So knowing that was really helpful. Also, we went through and figured out what my strengths were and how they show up - both positively and negatively. But from that, there was a lot of takeaways. Like i learned that i wanted to be an advocate. And i wanted be a product owner.
