I think it's easy for us to get our self-esteem kind of tied up in what we're producing because we feel so strongly and passionately about what we're doing but that's not as we are. So if there's a setback in your career or you get a rejection from something that's not you that's just whatever you produced and you've produced a lot of other things that are amazing, keep some perspective. Some people also will like when they get compliments will write those down or like if you get a nice email from someone save that yeah thank you from someone saves thatYeah I'm big on I'm huge on personal growth and I when I'm in my morning routine
