The Heat Problem in Turkey

The heat is a dominating topic in the turkish press as well or do the turkish newspapers have something else to talk about. It got up to 35 this week and it's incredibly humid but then when i've been reading the papers and and reading about sort of 48 degrees in istanbul you know well you know we can't complain but i have to say this is incredibly hot. The experience is raising really big questions about how much longer we can sustain these kind of huge cities unless there's very very good planning um for hot eclamis built into them.
