How to Train Moderators?
i think it's helpful to have some sort of actual training for starters. Have them shadow other trained moderators, role play difficult conversations. One moderator gives people like a little work sheet, wouth, like examples of conversation and she has them write down how they would moderate it. And that was part of the training. I think you also have to train them on the values of your community,. Like, if you're an activist community, whom are you taking action against and like how? Or, like, if you are devoted to a particular form of underlying media.
