The Angle of Your Eyes When You're Looking at a Star
When you look at stars, your eyeballs are effectively parallel. The star is as close to your face as your finger. Astronomers know about this - it's called averted vision. Is it a way of see at faint stars? It's because of the arrangement of cells on your retina. But i'm totally on board with the angle argument. I'm you 90 degrees there, gre, that's what i like to hear. Steve has got a different type of a noid on his face now,. which is the anoid of, you know, my wife's an astronomer.
