How I Managed Paranoia

I used to trust people a lot less, now I trust them a lot more because I was a micro manager on day one. Now I'm fairly good at delegating stuff and only micro managing things that are bothering me. It also comes from the fact that I can handle my paranoia much better now. Earlier I used to get very stressed. How did you manage to do that? Do you meditate? Is it just practice? is it just that you've gone through so much that now you've just figured out how to handle it? What is it? What changed?
