What's the Oncologic History of This Patient?

In labs, we usually will also have an albumin because a lot of times we're getting a full chemistry and that just gives us a little bit of a picture into what their general nutritional status and overall health is. This patient has had an X-ray, which is often the first thing we do. But then when there is really a real suspicion for bowel obstruction, I would get a CT scan of the abdomen.
