Utilitarianism Isn't About the Best Rules

Kant's utilitarianism is about what are the best rules to make society better for everybody and it seems like virtue ethics or even also deontology mostly aren't about this right. It does seem that there's sort of different things going on like how much should you trade off your pain as the painter against societies gain from your beautiful paintings well utilitarianism has one answer to that and it's add up how happy everybody gets from senior paintings and then figure out how sad you get from them. I think taking care of yourself in a sustainable way probably isn't working yourself almost to the bone because that's not sustainable but when I when I change it to the a doctor who you know could cure
