There's some identity cri going on, some shaping that shouldn't have happened. If you'r showing up with a lack of compassion for yourself, the reason for that is because now there is a lack of a self love boundary. An identity crisis cuts to the core of your value and it impacts how you interact with others. So if you've had any of those, which i'm sure we can all put up our hand, it is a lackof self love that's starting somewherhere.
