The Evolution of the Bhattra Lok

The Bhattra Lok historically was composed of three castes, the Brahmin, the Vidya and the Kairstur. The opposite is a Chautau Lok which includes people who belong to the so-called Shudras and the Namo Shudras - outcasts. To be a Bhattra, is to be a gentleman. But in everyday parlance, as it evolves, we can say you are not behaving like a Bhatta Lok. You are not conforming to certain normative ideals.
