The Propagation of Information in Space

Newton had the idea that gravity was a force. When Einstein replaces it with this concept of space being bent. You can think of gravitational waves as the propagation of information. Anything that wiggles, anything that's accelerating the universe is making gravitational waves. But they're super duper weak so we tend to need really, really high masses undergoing huge accelerations.
