What's Black Monday?

This week marks the forty fifth anniversary of black monday. The day when 15,000 men lost their jobs up and down the steel valley. These were well paying jobs that meant people could send kids off to trade schools or college. They did not have an extravagant life, but they had a middle class life,. And it was very aspirational.
