How to Solve a Problem in a Team Day
Think about some people who just approach things differently to you, and ask yourself, what would they do? How would they approach this problem? And we've used this a few times in our business in the last year. Idea for action four is all about trial and error. This is about how do you create some tests that take you into the future? So often, i think, when we're trying to solve a problem, we're very much in the here and now. We also rely, understandably, on the data that we've collected before or the things that we already know.
