In a typical TypeScript situation, TypeScript has in TS config ability to define aliases and it's pretty easy. In SvelteKit, you can define aliases in your Svelte Kit config file. And that makes TypeScript aware of them because your TS config file gets generated. So there's two ways you would have to set this up.
