Whitney Hest is a UX expert and she's doing an eight-week course on the subject. She says seeing your users as human beings is crucial to communicating with them. You need to help people understand why what you're producing is valuable still. It's not about strategy or something else. It's about seeing people as human beings and helping them as human beings.
