How to Decommission Chemical Weapons

The chemical weapons convention requires countries to get rid of their stocks within 10 years. There are two processes: burn them, burn the chemicals, or you neutralize them. Some other processes allow you just to sort of drain the chemical off and it's usually done in a robotic assembly line. In the field, if you've got munitions, there are mobile facilities for destruction.
