The Importance of Clothing in Life

The American understanding of clothing is very different than the ancient Hebrew understanding of clothing. When Paul says what it means to be in relationship with God, that you have been clothed with Christ. And this is what Isaiah says: God clothes us in his salvation as a groom and a bride have been transformed by their wedding gear. They've taken on a new title and a new role that day completely.
