The Market's Prepared for a New All-Time High

Is the market prepared for this? Because we've seen equities rallying. Are people prepared for that in any way? I think a lot of people are talking no landing. You're even starting to get the most of people coming back their narrative about new all-time highs, which I agree with just the timing.
