How to Deal With Hardened Criminals

There are areas where it's super clear that we would say, gosh, you just can't do that. And then there's gray area places, right? And we try to be as rational and as collaborative around helping people. In 90% of the cases, when somebody's done something like that, they're not meaning to do something that's malicious, right? They're out to do something positive and like that,. So we want to make sure we're working with people. There are about 10% of the case, there are hardened criminals out there. You know what I mean?
