What Is Reactionary Centrism?
Reactionary centrists see the left as an acute sort of threat to basically their status. They can be very moderate on taxes or even liberal on say, well, they are for a carbon tax or whatever. But still, there's a certain sort of status quo fundamentalism about them. It's people like Thomas Friedman and David Brogues at the New York Times who have become increasingly anti-left.
