China is worried because it's trying to discredit Orca's in Southeast Asia and Europe by framing it as a backward-looking and divisive Anglo-Saxon agreement. How did your Southeast Asian and European colleagues react? And do you think China is having any success in framing things in this negative Anglo- Saxon light?
