People are scared to give feedback if I'm Understanding you correctly So you have to give them explicit permission. You got to literally pull it out of them and if you do on first try my experiences they will still not give it to you. Yes, if they don't learn to do that no, they can't be so you can't just be a dictator and power your way to success I've never seen it. Yeah Short-term perhaps yes, but not a long-term. But once someone is good at accepting feedback the more feedback you give them the more they like it.
