So many of us are just holding our breath, shallow, anxious breathing, all day. And we can get people to actully, learn to breathe, and learn to use our diaphragm as it was intended to be used. It just solves so many problems, not just in the strength space. We know in the stress management space. Like, there's just so much value to learning how to regulate our breathing. Breathing is everything."
