The Moment When Things Didn't Go Right

There's always things that don't go right. There's stores that we open that we think are going to be fantastic and they're not. Kids where it's been a little bit of an up and down for us because the product's so well received, we thought we could put it into more spaces than we have. But again, back to what's the vision? What's the purpose with the brand and just centering back to that.
