The Black Windmill
The Black Windmill was a place, not an organisation. Originally built in the mid-1700s, it fell into disrepair and hasn't been offered for years. According to what we were able to dig out, this mill was purchased a few years ago by a shell corporation inside a dozen other shell corporations. We managed to follow the trail back as far as the Third Lithuanian Bank, and then they went cold. The mill is listed as having been decommissioned but yet the sales are turning. They are probably some huge illegal flower grinding operation you think? Yeah, I'm sure it's something by balance. Nice and close to the airport. There's no one around.
