George Washington's Role in the American Revolution
The Continental Congress is now going to start focusing on what do we do about governing ourselves. They've already called on the states to create their own constitutions, independent constitutions. How long does it take to go from declaration to articles? That gets very messy because it takes them while to figure out what to do. The thing does not get approved until 1781.
