i'm actually a big fan of pearing as well. For me, personally, it's very draining to do it. But i see all the things that you say. And o then going back to the to the code reviews, there's some circumstances under which paring just will not work,. Because it's so synchronous, and sethis doesn't scale. You need to have that kind of asinchrinis process as well.
