When you started referral rock, like in the first couple of months, did you really see much traction or was it more that you had the vision and you're just like, I'm going to do this or else? So yeah, but it does seem to me though that if you have some sort of traction where you're at least getting some people coming in and you've given time for those ideas to percolate if you don't have ideas, I think that's a good idea.
