I don't think there are any crucial pieces that I brought to the table because I had an MBA. The kind of knowledge you have to acquire can be acquired on the job. Every organization has its own secret sauce, its own sort of models they work with,. Its lingo, its jargon. So you have to anyway, skill up a little bit, basically get comfortable with that methodology. In the EA community, you have like, engineers, Marlow is an engineer, Michelle's a PhD in philosophy, and she's done operations. That would be my recommendation. Yeah. And then at 25, if you want to work in operations, then you should be working in operations.
