Do You Have a List of Non-Negotiables?

Inky: Are there certain lessons that you can pull from different teams and systems to apply to other areas of your life? Inky: I think it's really important that you have a list of non negotiables, ik, almost like a contract with yourself. i'm an ultra runner, right? O, rungin n your hundred mile races.
