What Happened to the Services in the Pandemic?
I remember going to kincos and submitting, printing out 15 binders and submitting them with lik ceedees. I think that was really the second go at it in 20 18. What typically ends up happening though, as these contracts come out, services get competitive. There's usually some bias in the process that they clame and then kind of drag it along.
