Hiring a Diverse of Talented People
i remember back in the day when there was this misconception a ran, well, you have to be an engineer or someone take some somewhat technical in order to work in pro while that may be a cases, we have seen incredible trot cleaters coming from so many different backgrounds. I'd hired folks to be a product manage from biology majors, and i they've been fantastic at it. They think slightly different rit everybody brings something different to the table. Think having more and more different types of thinking at the table is incredibly important. And then i think having product rol moles like like yourself that are really making an effort to hire a diverse of talented people is really inspiting
