World Building in a Comic Book?

Ian tis may be controversial to say on on a world building pog cus, but i'm actually not much of it. In fantasy, i think world building is at its best when it is reflecting something about the characters and their inner conflicts. I also like a say where i think they make good villains. Like peppep, somepop. Mean, if you're runing like an r p g, if you arent like a roll playing game, right, like dan d, it can be really fun.
