It's out of we c a balance business model thats sustainable,. that's going to continue to have a reasonable chance. And again, we operate in france, italy, china, india. We operate all over the world. These are universal truths. Everybody in the world simply wants to know they matter, ok? They want to feel they're part of an organization stands for something more than just quarterly earnings. So we send people home so we can have better marriages, raise better kids from better households, and we don't have to fix all
