With coronavirus, you had to rethink the format remotely rather than in person. What does it take to build a community and keep it active? Is it just as simple as setting up a Slack and setting up a checkout page and away you go, you've got a community? Yeah, it's a good question. First and foremost, you need to make sure you understand your audience really well. If you don't, it's just really going to struggle.
