What Happens After a Person's Arrested
Prosecutors have a lot of options at their disposal. I think they are still trying to coordinate arrests. So that sort of step one, and we're still at step one with a number of people. Step two is what happens after a person's arrested. The vast majority of defendants in america plead guilty so for years, everyone used to say, oh, 90 % of defendants plead guilty, and then they got up to 95%. But the data recently has been very different.
