I was out and out lied to by a Walmart pharmacist twice in a three minute conversation. I got online to find out who the store manager is at that store and that information is apparently a secret. 17% of consumers surveyed admitted to behaving uncivilly toward a company's representative. But you know, let's face it, customer service at Amazon is going into the toilet in the past two or three years.
