If there's a program that is deliberately set up by one or more entities which are technologically far superior and more advanced than us why has this happened in the first place and to what end? I honestly I wish I could answer that it seems like they want some kind of long-term presence here. For every one on earth now who's an abductee who's having abduction experiences you can pretty much guarantee that one of their parents or both and one of their grandparents or more was in the program.
