How to Use the Throughput Flow Metric to Increase Throughput
We know that you dislike story points mostly because it can be misused when comparing teams and then suggest throughput. When the same happen with flow metrics we need to really work on avoiding that what you get with the flow base metrics is not necessary pre tense behind it.
