Vocabulary is like one of those first steps. Like let's just like start speaking the same language here. And it also allows everyone at every level of business design development support everyone to be talking the same language. When everyone is speaking the same, it's much clearer from support tickets to feature enhancements. It makes everything so much easier to discuss. Oh my gosh, I cannot believe how much complex software we try to design where we're using different words for the same thing and the same word for different things. So you have to kind of like really think through how to describe this.
