The Humanitarian Country Team's Approach to the Somalia Situation

This situation was predictable to us in the humanitarian country team. We started our advocacy to alert the international community that the situation could deteriorate. While the Gulf countries did not respond adequately, we have seen the world's attention focus almost exclusively on the Ukraine. Our traditional donors were not forthcoming with the resources.
