As someone who's been in GIS for 30 years, I imagine that human-based processes are error-prone. By the time a human maybe processes a certain map or something, things have been updated and it's maybe not current anymore. What do you see as this balance between trying to be automated with AI-based techniques and humans?

In this episode, we bring you one of those amazing stories from Gabriel Ortiz, who is working with the government of Cantabria in Spain to automate cartography and apply AI to geospatial analysis.
