I think that's the key to actually having a New Year's resolution is that you need to... I have a structure. ...to form a accountability, some degree. We used to look at our every aspect of our life and write like unachievable, unrealistic goals. And then I'd use this whip to beat myself up over because there's just so much coming at you. So journaling, that's a lovely time to reflect. But my point is that you did that book, artist way right? And that made you journal at a certain amount of time. 84 days. Yeah. It was really good. You can take off by reading two books in a whole year.
