The Biggest Lesson You've Learned About Health Care Policy

I've been in my job full time, is health care policy, for more than a decade at hoover. I have 15 plus years in health care policy and that's on the back end of 25 years of medical science. So i am curious, and i think the audience would be too. And what i saw was a tremendous, shocking level of incompetence, really a lack of critical thinking. We had people, doctors fauche and burke are in government bureaucrats positions for forty years. Ok? That's very different from somebody who comes in as a, as a person who's full time a critical thinker about the academic and policy issues involved in health care.
