The Winds Are Swaying in India

In India, as far as I can tell, it's the most restricted of restricted speech when you talk about the government. Narendra Modi has his government has had some success in censoring a BBC documentary that is critical of his time as a regional governor. So from an American's perspective, the winds don't seem to be blowing in a very good direction over there.
