The word for 100 in Irish is Kade and ending with a D which is like you know, Kentum and Indo European so NT turns into D MP turns into B, N K turns into G. And so that's basically where that the nasal mutation comes from. If we just took, you know, look at a simple O stem neuter in Irish, even though the, the, the N ending is missing, there's still a little N there telling you that the following word is going to get a nasal mutation in the nom tip in the genitive.
